Refund policy

All items are sold "AS IS". Due to the nature of vintage clothing and accessories we list all notable wear , measurements and relevant info in individual product pages. In some cases, we may approve a return or exchange if an item listing failed to disclose a noticeable flaw by mistake. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn & unused, with original tag still attached and untampered with. Return requests must be submitted within 5 Business Days  of item being delivered and items must be shipped out within 3 Business Days after receiving return label. 

To start a return, you can contact us at commonthreadtx@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the price of return postage. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
